Stylish Super Bowl Party Tips

Our guest blogger, Dawn Smith, Creative Director of Not Just A Mommy, has put together these fun party tips for us on creating a Stylish Super Bowl Party!  However you celebrate, we hope you enjoy the big game -- and Go Hawks!

Here in Seattle, we are still in shock and awe over our Seahawks' amazing victory in last Sunday's game, putting us on the road to the Super Bowl! If you are rooting your team onto victory by hosting a Super Bowl party, here are a few stylish tips that are fabulous yet won't offend your menfolk...mix and match to your heart's content.

Lighten your workload and feed your game day crowd by inviting a few friends to bring their favorite chili recipes. Set up a chili bar complete with all the fixings and serve in Rosanna's aptly named Comfort Food Bowls.

Don't just set out bags of snacks and cans of nuts; class up the joint and serve your finger foods in Luxe Moderne trophy bowls.

Cover your table or counter with black butcher paper or chalkboard paper, and write in chalk to mimic a playboard.

Toy trophies are easily found at party supply store; turn them into fabulous place cards and food labels with Glitter Guide.

Frog Prince Paperie's very clever DIY football centerpiece repurposes many items you may already have around your home.

As if your guests weren't engaged enough during game-watching, download free bingo cards from Better Homes & Gardens to keep them on their toes.

Make and fill Super Bowl cascarones from Camille Styles with confetti, raffle tickets or game-day fortunes.
